Concentrix is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Service Delivery Leader to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in aligning our global programs, providing tactical production support to cross-regional and cross-functional projects, improving critical processes, and interacting with clients/stakeholders to assess, identify, and solve for health risk drivers to achieve customer retention and expansion.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain strategic roadmaps to drive customer retention and expansion.">
  • Plan and lead high-impact initiatives to improve scaled sales efficiency and effectiveness.">
  • Continuously assess operational risks and leverage operational understanding of client/stakeholder processes to develop and implement corrective actions globally.">
  • Build a culture of globally consistent best practices through continuous improvement by collecting feedback, evaluating efficiencies, and recommending changes to optimize sales delivery.">
  • Leverage strong interpersonal skills to establish trusted advisor relationships with clients.">
Key Responsibilities:">

Our Global Service Delivery Leader will oversee the development and maintenance of knowledge assets to promote repeatability and rapid adoption of best practices.

They will also seek guidance and mentorship from higher-level program managers on more complex projects/matters.

">

This role requires excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize initiatives based on ROI and impact.

Experience with process optimization, program management, customer support strategy, or quality assurance.

5-7 years of related experience (sales, presales, or sales training preferred).

Decision-making, consensus-building, and conflict management skills.

Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, be customer-facing, and stay organized.

">

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize initiatives based on ROI and impact.

At least 2 years in a Business Analyst, Solution Architect, Project Manager, or Program Manager role.
