Session Notes Reviewer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Session Notes Reviewer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for reviewing and verifying therapy session notes for accuracy, clarity, and completeness, ensuring all documentation complies with relevant guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify therapy session notes for accuracy, clarity, and completeness
  • Cross-check session details such as dates, times, duration, service type, and provider information
  • Identify and flag discrepancies, missing information, or potential compliance issues
  • Provide feedback to providers or clinicians regarding documentation errors or gaps
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold data privacy standards at all times

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of US Healthcare regulations and standards
  • Experience with back-office processes, preferably in a healthcare-related setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with EHR platforms and QA tools
