Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job:

The People Operations Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of first-level Employee Data support within our country scope using Workday Employee data management and Employee Experience processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert knowledge of MS Office applications and Workday systems to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
  • Support the development of innovative solutions to improve employee experience and employee data management processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of HR Shared Services and other business units.
  • Maintain high levels of data quality and accuracy in all aspects of Employee Data management.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in HR Shared Services or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated expertise in MS Office applications and Workday systems.
  • Able to work in a contract-based role for 7-9 months.
  • Familiarity with Power Bi or equivalent would be an asset.
