  • We're seeking a results-driven individual to motivate, mentor, and elevate our customer support teams to deliver exceptional service for e-commerce brands.
  • A strong command of English, both written and spoken, is required.

This role involves leading and monitoring the performance of your assigned agents to ensure KPIs are consistently met or exceeded. You will also conduct regular coaching sessions and offer personalized guidance to help team members succeed.

You will be responsible for evaluating performance bi-annually and recommending opportunities for growth, promotions, or recognition. Additionally, you will promote a positive, supportive, and high-performance culture within the team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of leadership experience in a customer service environment and a proven background in e-commerce customer service (Shopify, BigCommerce, or Amazon experience a plus).

Familiarity with support tools like G Suite, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Gorgias is an asset. Analytical skills to create, interpret, and act on performance reports are also essential.


Key Responsibilities:

Technical Requirements:
  • Personal computer with at least an i5 processor (or equivalent)
