About the Role

The Technical Support Professional will be responsible for providing technical assistance to employees, installing and configuring computer hardware and software, and performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or network management.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and IT infrastructure.
  • Experience with networking, cybersecurity, cloud services, and database management.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple IT tasks, and prioritize effectively.
