The successful candidate will have a degree in Information technology or a related discipline and previous experience as a ServiceNow administrator, developer, or equivalent role. Active ServiceNow Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Implementing, configuring, and integrating ServiceNow Applications such as ITOM, CMDB, and ITSM.
  2. Designing/developing ServiceNow Tables, Fields, Forms, and Access Controls.
  3. Creating Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
  4. Building data sets and transform maps for importing data from other sources into ServiceNow.
  5. Configuring integrations between ServiceNow and other systems through Integration Hub or other capabilities.
  6. Documenting all technical work for purposes of knowledge transfer.
