We are looking for a Business Process Improvement Manager to join our team. As a Business Process Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Evaluate current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage a team of resources to achieve process excellence goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
  • Develop and implement policies and action plans to resolve performance gaps and improve quality of work.
  • Review and analyze reports and data to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity standards are met.
  • Develop operational strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Six Sigma Certification (Green belt) is required.
  • Agile Project Management Certification is preferred.
  • At least 3 years' experience in Operations or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a banking or financial institution is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Focused, driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Strategic, resourceful, and analytical thinker.
  • Committed to Excellence and Integrity.
  • Adept at using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
