We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Lead to join our team at EPS Staffing Service Group Inc.

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the client services team and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Client Service Representatives to deliver exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage client relationships and provide ongoing support to meet their needs and expectations.
  • Handle escalated client situations and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a key point of contact for high-profile clients and address their concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the team by ensuring that clients' expectations are exceeded.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service environment is required.
  • The ideal candidate must reside within or near Metro Manila.
  • Ability to work during Eastern US timezone, weekends, and Philippine public holidays.
  • Willingness to work on a remote setup.
  • Open to a 1-year contract duration (renewal or conversion to permanent will depend on performance).

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is PHP 150,000 - 200,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
