Duties and Responsibilities:- Work under the guidance of senior team members.
- Revise and ensure accuracy of building information models.
- Adhere to project-specific workflow criteria.
- Produce precise construction documents for stakeholders.
- Create custom parametric families based on project requirements and specifications.
- Review and provide solutions/ implement MEPF hierarchy for minor clashes and assist in ensuring formal delivery of reports for major clashes and design issues.
- Collaborate with team members in implementing shared coordinates and monitoring progress.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in BIM modeling with a total of 5 years using Revit.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other BIM software.
- Strong knowledge of plan reading across multiple AEC disciplines.
- Able to start immediately.
