JOB SUMMARY

The Executive/ Company Driver is responsible for safely and efficiently transporting company executives and management-level personnel to and from designated locations, both within and outside office premises. This role requires a high level of professionalism, integrity, punctuality, and discretion, as well as the ability to maintain the vehicle in excellent working condition.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation for company executives and management staff.
  • Ensure the assigned service vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any mechanical issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel time, destinations, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Follow all traffic laws and always company transportation policies.
  • Assist with errands and other tasks as assigned by executives or authorized personnel.
  • Support administrative or logistical tasks when not driving, if required.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction Codes 1, 2, 3 or equivalent).
  • Proven experience as a company or executive driver, preferably with familiarity in Metro Manila. (Preferably with Experience working in a corporate or executive environment. )
  • Knowledgeable of traffic laws, defensive driving techniques, and local road conditions.
  • Ability to drive various types of vehicles (sedans, SUVs, shuttles, etc.).
  • Excellent time management, dependability, and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Must be physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if required.
  • Must maintain a clean driving record and present police or NBI clearance upon hiring (if applicable).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
