Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Leasing Associate to join our team. As a key member of our leasing department, you will play a vital role in driving business growth through effective tenant engagement and lease management.

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, negotiating lease terms, and building strong relationships with existing tenants.

You will also support the Asset Management team in preparing and reviewing Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease agreements, and other related documents. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless leasing operations and contribute to the development of strategic marketing initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for real estate and a strong understanding of leasing principles and practices. A Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related experience are required.

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Real Estate or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills, including prioritization and multi-tasking
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
