Product Manager Job Description

The Product Manager is a key role that oversees the development and launch of products. This includes defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders; ensure alignment with business objectives;
  • Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product roadmap; prioritize features and initiatives based on business value and customer needs;
  • Product Development: Oversee the development and launch of products; ensure timely delivery of features, improvements, and fixes;
  • Quality Control: Partner with stakeholders to ensure quality standards across product releases; lead testing cycles and QA processes;
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work across design, engineering, and operations to ensure alignment and effective communication;

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years in product management, project delivery, or related roles within SaaS, tech, education, or similar sectors;
  • Product Management: Deep understanding of agile development, sprint planning, backlog management, QA workflows;
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to coordinate across engineering, design, and leadership;
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong organisational and planning skills;
  • Self-Starter: Initiative-taker, independent worker, comfortable in a remote-first environment;
