Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
  2. Process sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices accurately and timely.
  3. Manage customer records, sales reports, and related databases.
  4. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow.
  5. Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
  6. Generate reports related to car status and maintenance.
  7. Oversee pending orders, payments, and necessary documentation.
  8. Support sales presentations and meeting materials preparation.
  9. Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and supply management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales administration or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
