About the Role

This position serves as a bridge between Data Operations Specialists and Senior Data Operations Specialists.

As a key member of our team, you will manage complex data tasks, mentor junior team members, and contribute to process improvements to ensure data accuracy and client satisfaction.

  • Oversee and execute complex data manipulation tasks, adhering to established guidelines and best practices.
  • Provide expert assistance to clients on location data using proprietary tools, addressing advanced issues and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough audits on listing data to maintain accuracy and quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) reviews of team outputs.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop, refine, and document best practices aimed at enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the development of junior team members by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and assisting in training initiatives.
  • Ensure timely completion of deliverables, consistently meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs) and personal performance targets.
