Job Summary:

This is a pivotal role in building and refining portfolio-level financial models. You'll deliver on debt and tax-equity investor reporting requirements, and manage the client's operating portfolio of photovoltaic and battery storage assets. You'll collaborate closely with various teams to drive improved results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and enhance portfolio-level financial models to inform budgets and reforecasts.
  • Produce project level budget to actual variance analysis and communicate findings to operational teams.
  • Highlight and investigate underperformance and optimization opportunities of operating assets leading to actionable recommendations.
  • Prepare reporting packages and various deliverables to investors and lenders.
  • Work with operational teams to ensure delivery of key alerts and protect portfolios from operational risk.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in related field or relevant coursework preferred.
  • Creative mindset with proven analytical ability and attention to detail.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
