Strategic Financial Business Professional

We are seeking a seasoned financial business professional with expertise in evaluating and analyzing financial performance and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI assessments to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Assess and analyze business and financial operations to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for efficiency and growth, driving process improvements that enhance scalability.
  • Develop, monitor, and interpret financial and operational performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to support data-driven insights.
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement process improvements that drive financial and operational scalability.
  • Research industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices in SaaS and health-tech to inform financial and business recommendations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid role combining both.
  • Proven ability to perform complex financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting at a high level.
  • Experience analyzing and improving business processes, with a strong understanding of operational inefficiencies.
  • Background in SaaS or health-tech industries preferred.
  • Proficiency with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Advanced skills in Excel, with experience in accounting/finance platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, and SQL-based analysis.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
