Role Overview

This position involves organizing and managing workflows and datasets across multiple departments, ensuring information and documentation are properly structured.

  • Design and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain financial systems, datasets, and reporting frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
  • Classify and maintain documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility.
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, or another analytical field.
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as a financial controller.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling).
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • A 'can-do' mindset, high energy, and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Familiarity with or curiosity about AI-powered tools for automation and efficiency is a plus.
