Job Summary:

As a key member of the DigiPlus Interactive Corp. Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for creating and managing talent pipelines for active and passive requisitions. This role requires leveraging your expertise in sourcing, screening, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various traditional and non-traditional channels to source potential candidates
  • Benchmark and engage a robust talent pool to deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
  • Maintain a dynamic pipeline for both active and passive workforce plans
  • Select and deliver top talent for each specific requisition
  • Evaluate resumes via thorough paper screening
  • Collect and upload candidate details through manual trackers and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Foster strong relationships with candidates, clients, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 2 years of talent sourcing experience with background in corporate and tech hiring
  • Strong proficiency in using both traditional and non-traditional channels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prioritize stakeholder management
  • Develop strong networking skills
  • Display a can-do attitude
  • Demonstrate attention to detail
  • Proven skills in MS Excel
  • Ability to work onsite at our Taguig office

Nice to Have:

  • Working knowledge of different ATS and Lark Suite
