Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Create and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future recruitment needs.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment tools and networks to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Interviews and Assessments: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration with Sales Leaders: Work closely with sales managers to understand the team's requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Offer Management: Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms if necessary, and coordinate the onboarding process.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Marketing).
  • Proven experience in sales recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, terminology, and skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Negotiation and presentation skills.
