Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic planning: Develop and execute IT strategies that support company objectives and drive efficiency.
  • Team Management: Empower direct reports to manage systems and tasks independently, fostering a culture of accountability and results-driven performance.
  • Technology Operations: Oversee all technology operations, policies, and systems to ensure alignment with company strategies and improve efficiency.
  • Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Effectively manage resources to drive digital transformation initiatives and support technological growth and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in IT management, with a strong background in IT infrastructure, systems, and security.
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring IT teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and enterprise software solutions.
  • Expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, data management, and IT governance.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or similar.
