Job Role:

This role involves working on impactful digital design projects where your expertise will directly shape user experiences. You'll take the lead in driving projects from concept to completion, starting with client briefs all the way to final delivery.

This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to uncover requirements, design effective solutions, and guide developers through the build, testing, and rollout stages. No two projects are the same, so expect a mix of challenges, creativity, and leadership opportunities.

You'll also have the chance to shape the design process while keeping projects on track, on time, and within budget. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

  • Take a brief from client and work through user flows, wireframing, designing, dissecting client briefs to figure out requirements and specifying design solutions for developers to implement
  • Lead the creation of wireframes, low and high fidelity desktop and mobile prototypes for a variety of clients
  • Have informed UX discussions with clients and stakeholders, justifying and articulating design decisions
  • Implement feedback from stakeholders
  • Work with the front-end development team to hand over designs and test completed products
  • Lead 'work in progress' meetings with clients, present implemented feedback and instructional sessions
  • BUILD successful working relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in UI design, with 1 year leading projects from start to finish
  • Expert-level skills in Figma, including preparing designs for handover to developers, creating prototypes that help clients visualize and understand the design
  • Good understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CMS and working with templates or themes
  • Experience in designing consumer-facing websites and apps
  • Skilled in creating designs that look great and work well on any device (mobile, tablet, desktop)
  • Confident in suggesting new ideas and improving how things are done
  • Great time management and staying organized
  • Passionate about design and ready to show it
  • Strong communication skills—you know how to explain your ideas clearly to different types of people, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and development teams
  • Comfortable working closely with different teams—developers, product managers, and others
