Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Regional Business Operations Specialist to join our team in Western Visayas. This role will be responsible for leading business growth initiatives, managing customer relationships, and ensuring effective execution of plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional business plans to drive growth and improve market share.

  • Manage customer relationships and build strong partnerships.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and optimize operations.

  • Ensure regular customer engagement and relationship-building.

  • Manage agency performance and optimize manpower deployment.

  • Implement omni-channel strategies to enhance shopper experience.

  • Lead field execution teams to deliver perfect basics and competitive growth.

  • Develop account plans aligned with Unilever's strategy and business priorities.

  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Process Management, or Engineering.

  • Mid-career professional with experience in business operations management.

  • Data-driven mindset, network influencing, leadership, collaboration, brilliant execution, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Valid driver's license and driving skills.

  • Western Visayas based.
