Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced financial professional to manage our company's financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support strategic decision-making.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management
    • Maintain accurate general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow records.
    • Prepare monthly/annual financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement).
    • Reconcile bank statements and intercompany accounts.
  • Tax Compliance
    • File tax returns with the relevant authorities.
    • Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
    • Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
  • Reporting & Analysis
    • Generate management reports (e.g., cost analysis, variance reports).
    • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
    • Monitor and optimize working capital.
  • Process Improvement
    • Implement internal controls to prevent errors and fraud.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Liaise with HR for payroll processing and statutory contributions.
    • Partner with procurement and production teams to track costs and inventory.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field. CPA license preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing or similar industry.
  • Proficient in generally accepted accounting principles.
  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with accounting software
  • Familiarity with automated workflows and financial reporting tools.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines.
