
Client Change Manager

The Client Change Management group collaborates with clients, implementation teams, and technology providers to deliver effective change management. The team is responsible for programme management, project management, client change, business consultancy, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for business requirement discussions with clients and internal stakeholders, planning, execution until implementation.
- Manage end-to-end projects resulting from client-initiated changes, industry regulations, or operational strategic directives.
- Oversee daily operational activities and supervise junior professionals within the team.
Project managers will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and relationship management. They will analyze business requirements, develop project plans, and manage project resources effectively.
Qualifications and Skills- College or university degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in financial services.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 1-2 years in business analysis.
- Knowledge of middle office processes and financial instruments is essential.
- Experience in project management is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior employees.
