Social Media Specialist Job Description

As a senior social media specialist, you will lead and manage our online presence primarily on LinkedIn. We are looking for a proactive and creative professional who is passionate about digital communication, content repurposing, and community engagement.

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and grow our LinkedIn presence with consistent and strategic content. This includes repurposing existing content (blogs, videos, podcasts, etc.) into engaging posts and short-form updates.

Requirements
  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn or similar B2B social media channels
  • Strong written communication and content creation skills
  • Basic knowledge of design and AI-based content tools (e.g., Canva)
  • Proactive and collaborative work style, with great attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B marketing or supporting remote service businesses
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tools
