Job Description

As a key member of our team at TJ ENTERPRISES, INC., the Facilities Operations Associate plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing duties involved in processing, mixing, and bagging of feeds, as well as materials handling, inventory management, cleaning, and maintenance of facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process, mix, and bag feeds efficiently and effectively.
  • Handle materials safely and accurately, ensuring minimal waste and maximum efficiency.
  • Manage inventory levels, maintaining accurate records and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited institution.
  • Excellent computer skills and experience with relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to relocate or stay-in at designated locations.
