About the RoleYou'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet user needs. Manage bugs, support product development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesStay up-to-date on product updates and new features to effectively manage bugs and feedback.Provide timely and accurate support to internal customers through designated channels.Create data-driven insights to influence decisions and drive improvements within your function.Engage in team huddles and share valuable insights to address potential challenges.Take ownership of key responsibilities, including bug reports, feedback reports, metrics, and quality audits.Exhibit strong critical thinking by addressing bugs and feedback, and provide constructive feedback to team members.Collaborate with other teams to improve product performance and user experience.RequirementsStrong research, navigation, and investigative skills.Experience with project management tools like Salesforce, Coda, and Jira.Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Forms, Sheets, Docs, and Slides.Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with colleagues on complex projects.Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a focus on identifying inefficiencies and implementing continuous improvements.Clear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing.Strong problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.We value diversity and welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
