Marketing Excellence Position

At our organization, we are on a mission to revolutionize the future of work for companies worldwide. We seek a Marketing Excellence professional to start immediately and play a pivotal role in building high-performing teams and optimizing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships, ensuring timely updates and review management.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.
  • Maintain branding consistency across all accounts and channels.
  • Design events and promotions to boost customer engagement.
  • Optimize contact databases and contribute to lead generation efforts.
  • Research influencers, compatible products, and businesses to forge strategic partnerships.
  • Establish affiliate programs, collaborate with affiliates, and manage affiliate payouts.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), adjust bids or budgets, and review keyword performance.
  • Develop content strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Generate progress reports and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant certification.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media or 1-2 years in digital marketing.
  • Skills: Proven writing skills, working knowledge of content management systems, excellent English communication skills, solid organizational and time management skills, expertise in graphic design software, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
