Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to design and build a custom inventory management system that integrates data from multiple sources.

This role is ideal for a developer who thrives in creating robust, data-driven applications and enjoys solving complex integration challenges across APIs and databases.

You will have full flexibility to build the application using your preferred tech stack — as long as it is scalable, maintainable, and supports integration with external APIs and databases.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop a centralized dashboard to consolidate real-time inventory data from multiple sources.
  • Integrate with external APIs, including Amazon SP-API, Shopify Admin API, and 3PL systems (via API or CSV).
  • Build backend logic and data pipelines to track inventory by SKU across various locations, manage inbound shipments and transit tracking, analyze sell-through data, and forecast inventory needs.
  • Create a clean, user-friendly interface with filters, graphs, tables, and visual status indicators.
  • Set up role-based multi-user access and permission controls.
  • Provide clear documentation for the system, integrations, and deployment.
Requirements
  • Solid experience in full stack development (you choose the stack: React, Vue, Angular, Node.js, Python, C#, etc.).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and external system integrations.
  • Strong backend and database skills (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Cloud deployment experience (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar).
  • Authentication and user access control setup.
Bonus Points
  • Experience working with Amazon SP-API.
  • Shopify API integration experience.
  • Experience with forecasting or analytics logic.
  • Familiarity with tools like Retool or low-code platforms (for UI or admin layers).
Inventory Management System Requirements

The following key features are required:

Real-Time Inventory Tracking

Track SKU-level inventory across Amazon FBA, AWD, Shopify, 3PL, and overseas warehouses. Support manual input or CSV import of supplier/inbound data.

Inbound & Transit Management

Monitor shipments from China to 3PL, and 3PL to Amazon. Display tracking numbers, statuses, and ETAs.

Analytics & Forecasting

Monitor sell-through rate per SKU. Auto-calculate stock coverage days. Reorder alerts and recommendations based on lead time.

Usability & Access

Intuitive dashboard UI with visual flags and trends. Multi-user system with role-based access.
