Job Title

Data Configuration Specialist - Implementation Expert


The primary objective of this role is to ensure the accurate and timely configuration of systems, data quality, and identification of configuration issues. You will work closely with our teams to drive customer outcomes during their implementation journey.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers and teams on all aspects of implementations by ensuring accurate and timely system configuration, data quality, and resolution of configuration data issues.
  • Guarantee completeness of data entry maintenance on project systems while communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Participate in transformative change initiatives that enhance the way we help customers implement our platform.
  • Collaborate with our Implementation Consultants and customer support team to deliver a seamless experience.
  • Identify and resolve configuration issues, perform system configuration checks, and analyze necessary resolutions and action items.
  • Complete administrative tasks including systems updates, data entry, data review, project updates, and other ad-hoc requests.
  • Maintain data quality, integrity, and security throughout the implementation process.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant qualification OR 2+ years' experience in HR/Payroll SaaS configuration environment.
  • Experience processing and reviewing large data sets and data entry.
  • Ability to administer HR Information System (HRIS) and/or payroll system is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
