User Management Specialist

As a frontline user management specialist, you will provide efficient solutions to customers with patience and strong communication skills. You will investigate issues when necessary and stay focused in a busy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process user management requests within service level agreements
  • Communicate with sponsors via email regarding issues and follow up on resolutions
  • Ensure accurate data entry/updates in the customer relationship management system
  • Perform database system performance reporting tasks
  • Root cause analysis for alerts and errors generated by supported products
  • Complete quality control activities for user management activities
  • Complete site allocation for all client-supported product users
  • Escalate promptly any issues with the completion of user management or compliance with SLA
Requirements:
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Computer and internet-savvy
  • Call/contact center ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)

A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of user management experience, and excellent communication skills are required.
