User Experience Innovator

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mid-Senior level UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design process, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs for web applications.
The successful candidate will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and ensure design feasibility. They will also be responsible for creating and maintaining design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and user personas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
- Design visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces that adhere to brand guidelines and design system standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handoffs and accurate implementation.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and usability testing results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design patterns.
- Experience working with design systems and industry-standard design tools.
- Excellent visual design skills and sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
