About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Creative Design Leader to spearhead our multi-media campaigns and bid proposals.

Job Description Summary

This executive will be responsible for developing compelling, innovative collateral that translates ideas into vibrant visuals, while ensuring all outputs consistently reflect the company brand identity.

Responsibilities
  • Develop designs that adhere to our brand guidelines, incorporating creative interpretations when necessary.
  • Lead assigned campaigns from concept to delivery, collaborating with key stakeholders and serving as the brand ambassador.
  • Manage and support junior design team members, overseeing ongoing projects and taking leadership responsibility when needed.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphics, Advertising/Media, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in design, including brand and bid/tender design.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
  • Proactive, flexible, and professional attitude with a global mindset.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
