Business Analyst: Data-Driven Insights

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for leveraging data and analytics to drive business growth and improvement. **Job Summary:**
The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in Analytics, Consulting, or Strategy. They will be highly technical with advanced SQL experience and visualization skills. Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills are also essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering actionable recommendations based on complex data sets.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and drive business growth.


**Requirements:**
  • 4+ years of experience in Analytics, Consulting, or Strategy.
  • Advanced SQL experience and visualization skills.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering actionable recommendations.
