This role gives you autonomy to build, measure, and scale campaigns that truly make a difference. As a Virtual Marketing Manager/Admin, you'll own all marketing activities, campaigns, and reporting.
Responsibilities:- Manage SEO and local SEO agencies, content writers, and vendors.
- Oversee paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google; expand into TikTok/YouTube.
- Run segmented email campaigns and direct mail through HubSpot.
- Build workflows for lead nurturing and sales automation.
- Track and report on KPIs: visitors, leads, cost per lead, ROAS.
- Run ongoing tests across creatives, offers, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with Sales & Operations to ensure smooth marketing-to-sales handoff.
- 3+ years of marketing management experience (agency or in-house).
- Proficiency with HubSpot (marketing + sales automation).
- Experience managing vendors/freelancers.
- Strong understanding of paid ads, SEO, and email campaigns.
- Data-driven, comfortable with KPIs and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
