Technical Sales Advisor

We are seeking a skilled technical sales advisor to provide expert support to our customers across the EMEA region.

This role requires close collaboration with the sales team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.

Your primary goal will be to design and implement effective technical sales strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities in the 1–100 user segment
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expertise on security challenges and maximizing the value of our full product portfolio
  • Lead the technical sales cycle from opportunity qualification through to technical closure, acting as the primary technical point of contact
  • Support sales campaigns aimed at driving product adoption, as well as cross-selling and upselling opportunities within both existing and new customers
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical presales role in cybersecurity, with a proven track record of delivering successful customer engagements
  • Knowledge in MDR, EDR/XDR, and SIEM/SOAR solutions, as well as Network and Endpoint Security
  • Strong presentation, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
