Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of customer-centric solutions with the Delivery Customer Solutions Engineering Team
  • Coordinate with multiple teams and customers to install Voice and Data services
  • Develop knowledge of specific products within their business group and understand end-to-end processes
  • Continuously improve internal processes by identifying problems and implementing solutions
  • Gather customer information to assist internal teams, such as Sales and Marketing
  • Process request forms related to network builds
  • Identify revenue-generating opportunities and communicate them to the Sales team
Required Qualifications

Core Competencies (Essential)

  • 3-5 years of experience with IP Networking
  • Experience with network routing protocols, such as Firewall protocols, IP VPN, BGP, OSPF, DHCP, EIGRP, and SIPT
  • Hands-on experience with routing and switching
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills

Desirable Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Effective working relationships with stakeholders
  • Familiarity with PC software and Microsoft Office applications
