Infrastructure Specialist Role

A robust and scalable infrastructure is essential for healthcare applications. As an Infrastructure Specialist, you will design, develop, and maintain such infrastructure to support these applications.

You will automate deployment processes to enhance system performance and reduce downtime. Monitoring and troubleshooting system issues are also part of your responsibilities to ensure high availability and scalability.

Collaboration with development teams is key to implementing best practices for reliability and security. System performance optimization through continuous improvement and proactive maintenance is another important aspect of this role.

Effective monitoring and alert systems must be implemented for critical applications. Compliance with industry regulations and standards in all operational processes is essential. Documenting processes and solutions fosters knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of software development experience, with a strong understanding of building and deploying scalable applications.
    • Tech Proficiency:
      • Expertise in modern programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, and JavaScript.
      • Strong experience with frameworks such as .NET, Spring Boot, or Node.js.
      • Solid knowledge of API development and microservices architecture.
      • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
      • Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js and an understanding of responsive design principles.
      • Strong experience with Azure Application Insights for monitoring and performance diagnostics.
      • Proficiency in MongoDB, with a focus on query analysis and optimization.
      • Familiarity with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
      • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
      • Experience with monitoring and observability tools beyond Azure Application Insights (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
