Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive third-party audit processes
  • Develop and implement training initiatives
  • Support promotional activities to introduce our services to clients
  • Mentor auditors undergoing training or under supervision

  • Modify and adapt training materials as necessary, and deliver training sessions
  • Manage and strengthen client relationships within designated accounts
  • Provide support to sales staff during client meetings or calls
  • Deliver coaching and feedback to auditors being trained or supervised
  • Undertake additional duties in line with departmental goals or personal development
  • Report non-conformities or audit findings during closing meetings
  • Finalize audit documentation and maintain updated client records
  • Ensure compliance with company-wide and local policies
  • Demonstrate commitment to highest ethical standards
