Remote Digital Marketing Specialist

This role involves supporting marketing initiatives and general operations. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized professional who can contribute to both strategic marketing efforts and daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, PPC, and SEO.
- Manage email marketing campaigns using specialized tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, and HubSpot.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Create reports on campaign performance to optimize results.
- Assist in content creation and proofreading for blogs, newsletters, and ads.
- Manage digital assets and marketing materials to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Support paid advertising efforts on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Utilize Google Calendar and Calendly to manage calendars.
- Maintain email organization and efficiency through inbox management.
- Update project management tools like Asana, Trello, and ClickUp for seamless collaboration.
- Perform data entry and research to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for effective communication and task completion.
- Assist with administrative tasks and reports for timely completion and accuracy.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Virtual Assistant, focusing on marketing management and remote work.
- Experience in email marketing, campaign management, and content planning.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools – preferred but not required.
- Strong skills in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
- Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Strong general business support skills, including administrative assistance, calendar and schedule management, email and inbox handling, and basic documentation and reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently.
