Job Title:

Data Quality Analyst


We are seeking a diligent and detail-focused professional to maintain annotation standards and drive continuous improvements in our AI data quality processes.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an exceptional eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have experience as a data analyst with exposure to data quality and/or data annotation, ideally in an AI/ML context.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing quality audits on annotated datasets to ensure they meet established guidelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Leveraging metrics such as F1 score and inter-annotator agreement to evaluate data quality.
  • Analyzing annotation errors, trends, and project documentation to identify root causes and propose remediation strategies.
  • Resolving and analyzing edge-case annotations to ensure quality and identify improvement areas.
  • Becoming an expert in project guidelines and providing feedback for clarifications or improvements.
  • Identifying automation opportunities and contributing to the documentation of quality standards and procedures.

Required Skills:

The successful candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Experience working with data quality and/or data annotation is highly desirable, particularly in an AI/ML context.
