Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Analyst to join our team.

This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for leading critical initiatives across financial planning, business partnership, and process innovation.

You will manage the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensuring alignment with business goals. You will also summarize complex monthly and quarterly results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Build strong relationships with finance leaders and other stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate financial insights into broader business strategies.
  • Drive digital innovation and process optimization, focusing on automation, cost savings, and process re-engineering.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Substantial experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM.
