Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Installation Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with complex systems and have a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.


Duties And Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise as a trusted advisor for UPS, PACU, and ACU systems.
  • Investigate and resolve electrical and mechanical issues using diagrams and technical knowledge.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve equipment concerns and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor the quality of electro-mechanical installations and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Install and position UPS, battery systems, rack systems, and monitoring systems according to specifications.
  • Plan and execute the installation of cable trays, wires, panels, and communication cables.
  • Coordinate technical activities with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Implement engineering plans and schedules while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Develop credibility through technical expertise and deliver results-driven solutions.
  • Work closely with sales and data center teams to drive business growth and success.
  • Participate in meetings and technical events as required to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Prepare accurate As-Built documentation to facilitate future projects and expansions.
  • Create detailed incident and RCA reports for client communication and issue resolution.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.
  • Proven experience in mechanical and/or electrical installation.
  • Background in data center facilities equipment with knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software tools.
  • Candidates with certifications from Data Center Facility Equipment manufacturers have a competitive advantage.

  • The candidate must be willing to work in various environments, from good to extreme work conditions, and must be prepared to travel to different parts of the country as needed to perform their duties.
