Job Title: Senior Research Analyst

Job Description:
  • The Senior Research Analyst is responsible for identifying and maintaining accurate property-level information, including attributes, space listings, lease transactions, sales transactions, and tenant information about occupancy in a designated geographic area.

Key responsibilities include collecting required data from various sources, extracting relevant information, inputting and validating data, performing routine audits, and supporting special projects as assigned.

To excel in this role, applicants should have experience in data onboarding and curation, knowledge of commercial or residential real estate, excellent communication and customer service skills, and proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Python, Java, SQL, and other relevant technologies.

Key Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Data Onboarding
  • Ability to Curate and Maintain Accurate Property-Level Information
  • Experience with MS Excel, Power BI, Python, Java, SQL, and Other Relevant Technologies

Work is performed in a flexible schedule, Monday through Friday, with variable hours between 6AM and 10AM and 3PM and 7PM, Manila time.
