Job Overview

This role involves providing comprehensive support for credentialing and re-credentialing processes for healthcare providers. The successful candidate will manage applications, conduct primary source verification, and maintain the credentialing database with accuracy and attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive Credentialing Support: Manage all aspects of credentialing and re-credentialing process, including application management and primary source verification.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Liaison: Ensure adherence to relevant federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards, serving as a key point of contact for providers and external entities.
  • Privileging and Onboarding Assistance: Assist with provider privileging process by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating credentialing components of new provider onboarding.
  • Reporting and Process Contribution: Support credentialing report generation, identify and resolve credentialing issues, and contribute to improving credentialing processes and workflows.
  • Adaptable Responsibilities: Be prepared to adapt to changing needs of the organization as it grows and evolves.

About You

Applicants should be highly organized and detail-oriented individuals with 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience in a healthcare setting or regulated environment. Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, CRM/support software is required, and ability to learn new EHR/credentialing management tools is essential.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of administrative support experience in healthcare or regulated environment.
