Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Monthly Accounting and Financial Closing Process: Assist in generating financial reports, analysis of accounts, bank reconciliations, and preparation of account summaries.
  • Financial Reporting: Work closely with the controller to upload financial reports to a centralized system for comparison with budget and prior periods.
  • Revenue Management: Oversee revenue methods including hourly, upon completion of tasks, lump sum projects, and record work-in-progress monthly based on reports.
  • Budget Preparation and Forecasting: Prepare budgets for entities and consolidated basis, working closely with the CFO, controller, and financial planning analyst.
  • Entity Integration: Focus on recently acquired entities to manage their monthly accounting, bank reconciliations, budgets, and internal controls as they integrate into company systems and banking.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, be a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and have at least 5 years' experience in finance or accounting at a mid-size to large entity with multiple entities. You should also have experience in consolidation and GAAP accounting, KPI reporting, advanced MS Excel knowledge, and integrated accounting systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce/Accounting Seed.
