Security Threat Response Specialist

As a Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst, you will play a vital role in monitoring and improving our clients' security posture by preventing, detecting, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity incidents.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct continuous monitoring of security events from multiple sources using advanced SIEM systems.
- Investigate potential threats, identify false positives, and analyze exploits to ensure timely and effective incident response.
- Implement proactive measures to detect and respond to known and emerging threats, ensuring the highest level of security for our clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to develop and implement comprehensive information security strategies.
- Work closely with our security team to maintain and enhance our security standards and best practices.
- Develop and deliver client security awareness training programs.
- Analyze vulnerability scans, assess risks, and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Extensive knowledge of system administration, network protocols, packet analysis tools, and operating systems (Windows/UNIX/Linux).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity threats, incident response standards, and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to apply good security practices and adhere to industry standards.
- Professional experience in system administration supporting multiple platforms and applications.
