Job Title: Product Management and Support Specialist

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Product Management and Support Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to private label Amazon sellers by handling various backend tasks.

The role involves product management, logistics, inventory control, customer service, and supplier coordination. You will conduct daily product research to identify profitable products and emerging market trends, manage all communications with Amazon, monitor stock levels, track shipments, and manage reorders.

You will also research and track competitors, keeping updated on their strategies and performance. Additionally, you will handle supplier relationships, including sourcing new products from overseas suppliers. Your task will also include creating and optimizing product listings using flat files, focusing on keywords and listing improvements.

Furthermore, you will address customer inquiries, manage feedback, and ensure account health is maintained. You will compile regular reports related to sales, inventory, and account health.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets (knowledge of formulas required).
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
