About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Associate Product Manager, where you will play a crucial role in supporting product development, launch, and lifecycle management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Product Lifecycle Management:
  • Collect information from vendors and product managers for item setup (attributes such as weight, dimensions, costs, images, item substitutions, and discontinuations with reason codes).
  • Complete system updates in NetSuite to ensure item master data is correct.
  • Run sales and profit reports from Profit Optics and maintain the PIM tool weekly.
Go-to-Market Initiatives:
  • Develop product literature, update website content, create PowerPoint slides and launch packets.
  • Make weekly website updates.
Tracking Key Metrics:
  • Track key metrics such as monthly product sales and gross profit performance vs. target.
  • Discontinuation reporting.
  • Weekly project timelines.
  • Standardization success through data analysis.
  • Identifying substitutes for discontinued items.
  • Item setup time.
  • Initiative success per sales targets.
Supporting the Sales Team:
  • Assist the sales team daily with product questions.
  • Lookup data on the PH website or ERP (NetSuite).
  • Coordinate with sourcing or brand teams.
  • Provide cross-reference lists for sales and national accounts.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Support product managers with reporting, product information, and analysis.
  • Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps aligned with company goals.
Market Research:
  • Conduct market and competitor research by online search.
  • Gather user feedback from the sales team or KOLs.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the assigned portfolio.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Participate in cross-functional teams (segment marketing, digital marketing, brand, data management, finance, sourcing) to ensure timely project delivery and commitments to customers and stakeholders.
Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field. Seniority level: Entry-level.
