Project Oversight Specialist

As a seasoned professional, you will oversee standard deployment projects independently while developing expertise in retail deployment processes and building customer relationships.

  • Plan and execute deployment projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering open communication and proactively addressing concerns.
  • Track milestones, budgets, and resources to deliver results on time and within scope.
  • Manage logistics, including site assessments, equipment delivery, installation coordination, and vendor scheduling.
  • Resolve day-to-day deployment challenges efficiently, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze project outcomes and share lessons learned to contribute to better processes.
  • Coordinate with third-party installation vendors, ensuring schedules align and proposals meet expectations.
  • Monitor vendor performance, addressing quality or timing concerns promptly.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in operational or deployment environments.
  • Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset and solid stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience managing logistics, vendor relationships, and multitasking in dynamic projects.
  • Beneficial exposure to retail technology or hardware deployments.
  • Beneficial proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
